May 17, 2013After being frustrated with a cheap, local host I took the plunge after seeing a lot of positivity towards (mt) from Twitter and Facebook. Taking advantage of an offer for half price hosting, I paid for the year up front and I'd have gladly paid the full price and more. Setting up was easy, and all along the process, (mt) were always on hand to give me help or advice as and when I needed it. Even beyond their duty as a service provider, (mt) are also charitable and helpful people outside of their work and would highly recommend them to anyone how's looking for a reliable web host.

September 18, 2012Two weeks ago I launched a simple landing page (statuschart.com) on my GS. #1 on Hacker News for 4 hours with 201 points & 129 comments. Received over 850 survey responses, 90% said they would pay for it. 30,000 unique visitors. Press from Beta Beat and a lot of love from twitter. 100% uptime! Fking love you guys. September 18, 2012I had a site with you, boyandin.name, from 25.01.2009 till 04.10.2009 (you could check records and correct if I got wrong with dates). The GS service was fine, but as DB began to grow, it began to be too slow. Apart from that, every feature was fine with me. I recommend your services to other people, since overall impression is rather positive.

September 18, 2012I think that everything is going smoothly so far. I think that because it's hosted in the USA, latency times can be quite high but it varies during the time of day, probably depending on when the USA is asleep/UK working etc. It's definitely faster than some UK hosting providers anyway! Speaking of UK hosting providers, no-one in the UK comes close to what (mt) offer, they offer such a good service/deal along with the fact that your hosting isn't tied down to one single server. I'm loving them so far. I'm sure any prospective customer will as well.

September 18, 2012I know I have gs, but allowing me to make custom names for databases would be nice. Some checker function could easily tell me if the name is already taken. Otherwise I have that long prefix and only about 8 characters to make my specific name.

August 22, 2012(mt) have helped me quickly resolve numerous problems and provide a professional, secure and easy to use system. The only downsides are the disorganised list of domains (you can have hundreds!) in the account centre and the course pricing on the ve. Digital ocean and linode are more competitive there.
