I purchased a *.nu domain from Miss Hosting/Miss Domain: aside from the process taking more than a week to be fully completed, I tried updating that domain's nameservers with 3 different hosts' but none worked; the support kept "blaming" the nameservers I used....that could have been true once, but three times!? And with all the same nameservers working flawlessly anywhere else?! Nope, my guess is Miss Hosting/Miss Domain domains are set to work only and exclusively with Miss Hosting hosting service nameservers. Anyway, the domain is expiring next month....but I sure as he*l won't go anywhere near their site, let alone staying with them a minute more!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER, EVEN EIG IS BETTER!!

    • Hi Annalisa I am so sorry you your experience with us was not to your satisfaction, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you want then please contact me directly and we can have a chat and see what i can do to justfy this mishap. Just send an email to and ask for Andreas. All the best from Miss Hosting.
    • This is no mishap, it's a complete unjustifiable Fail. And I talked to many of your colleagues about the issue at the time - I spent weeks chatting and replying to the issue's ticket - but they just kept denying their faults and blamed me (the dns I tried to use)....and since I've had no problems at all after leaving, it's quite clear the issue was not on my end. I won't contact you, as I'm tired of your poor excuses, and I certainly won't renew the expiring domains I have with you; I will just forget this abysmal experience and repeat my warning: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBPAR PROVIDER!!
