This is no mishap, it's a complete unjustifiable Fail.
And I talked to many of your colleagues about the issue at the time - I spent weeks chatting and replying to the issue's ticket - but they just kept denying their faults and blamed me (the dns I tried to use)....and since I've had no problems at all after leaving, it's quite clear the issue was not on my end.
I won't contact you, as I'm tired of your poor excuses, and I certainly won't renew the expiring domains I have with you; I will just forget this abysmal experience and repeat my warning: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBPAR PROVIDER!!
