    What happened?

    A ten year customer with that at ONE TIME had pretty good customer support. My god what happened!!! Currently customer support is terrible and that is being kind. Getting a real, not computer generated response, is lacking in substance (questions you want answered). More boilerplate type responses with no clue as to answering what you really want to know. Very, very sad. As a result I'm dumping and moving to another vendor.
