    worse than useless

    I keep on repeating the same support request, different person makes a wrong change every time and closes the case. Then after I reply they apologize, and the next support person again repeats the same wrong step. It's groundhog day, but not funny. In meantime I'm not able to receive e-mail... I have a feeling if they all gathered in the same room the collective IQ wouldn't match room temperature.
