    Bad customer service!

    I tried to purchase a deal they were having on and whilst doing so their website crashed multiple times. I eventually got to the payment where I paid for my product and then I was greeted with a "failed" screen - I checked my bank and I had already been debited the amount. I went to try again and it did exactly the same. Even though they had over 100 remaining in the deal it still return failed a third time. I spoke to their customer services team, one of whom helped me with my domain issue and I was transferred to the hosting department which wouldn't accept responsibility for the crash and wouldn't honor the deal. They tried to shift liability towards me and basically say I wasn't fast enough even though at 15:00GMT when the deal went live I tried to buy straight away, even at 15:12GMT there was over 100 in the deal left and I had tried to buy 3 times. It's such a shame because i've been a loyal customer of Namecheap for a few years and this has tainted their image for me.
