Horrible customer service
I have now been unable to log into my account for 3 days. I have filed a support ticket(you can do that without logging in). Unfortunately, you can not read the status of the ticket with out logging in. They keep sending me the link to the ticket page, knowing I can't login. I notice that they have labeled my ticket as "low priority" A hosting account is NO use at all if you can't access it. I suggest avoiding this company if possible.
