Incompetent technical support
I was using Netfirms for 6 years. Six months ago two domains disappeared from my control panel that I had purchased 18 months earlier. They switched the domains to a mystery account. Netfirms provides circular "support" asking for the mystery account information.... which of course, is impossible.
Evidence showing the domain purchase, whois records, corporate documents, business license info etc. is completely ignored. Oddly enough my mail severs still function.
Today I went to their published office 2160 Yonge St. Toronto to serve them court documents while we sue them.
Netfirms is not located at their listed address. I phoned them and got another runaround.
I have switched all other domain names to another provider. They say a happy customer tells three friends. An unhappy customer will tell thirty. Me, I'll tell several thousand.
