    Corporate Theft

    I had my account set on manual renewal. Netfirms went ahead and charged me more than $300.00 saying that my account was set to be automatically renewed. I called them back right away, and they refused to make a refund. The manager told me that it was my fault and that I cannot get my money back because it was automatically renewed. Netfirms is doomed to fail. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Their business model is stuck in the 20th Century.
