However, much like Ben's review of our service, our own internal records for our service and uptime this past year don't seem to match what you are claiming in your review. Service is good when it is up.
I agree with Ben, there has been several outages during business hours for more than an hour. There were easily 8-12 outages throught the year. We have reluctantly switched our service. We like to support local small business.
