Absolute crap.
I was hired to transfer a site away from Network Solutions by a small art gallery, just before their account with NS expired. Their reasons included a barrage of spam emails and charges to their credit card that they didn't authorize. I set them up with WebHostingHub, the most professional host for the money I have ever encountered, and NS wants $58 to 'reactivate' the domain long enough to transfer it away from them. They did lengthen the hosting plan by 15 days to enable me to ftpdown the files in order to upload them to Webhostinghub, but it looks like my client either has to get blackmailed by NS for a year of service they didn't want or backorder their domain name. My client wants to leave Network Solutions and I can completely understand why. Look for reviews of these clowns on other sites. There's a reason they're a one-star general.
