    Getting Worse Every Year

    I have been a customer for over 5 years and use to love their service. In the beginning the service was reliable, and they stuck to their unlimited services. The only complaint I had at the time was their customer service. They was helpful, but never timely and friendly. However the past two years they just gone downhill. The more you utilize their unlimited service, the more restrictive they are with your bandwidth. Their database server keeps going down, and when you contact them about it, they do not respond for a few days after the service has gone back up. Their software is now dated with no notification of any upcoming upgrades. I have 11 domains with them with hosting and I will be moving them all by the end of the month, even with three months left on my service. It's not worth all the headaches. They are also a little pricier than some of the newer hosting that has emerged, so I will be giving them a try.
