    Other than customer support, they are great. If you feel as though you may need to have a question answered regarding your account within your lifetime…DO NOT USE OMNIS! I have never received a response to any of my emails to their support department. And I think they have teenagers staffing their support phone lines, which is why you get an answer every few light years and when you do get someone to answer the phone, good luck getting your questions answered. I often feel like I dialed a wrong number when calling them…you can tell the person on the other end is completely uninterested in answering your questions and can't wait for you to get off the phone. It's disappointing that such a great product has such poor support. I would be really concerned about reviews which give Omnis high ratings on support. Their support is basically non-existent. There are much better web hosting companies out there. Until they get their act together, definitely go somewhere else.
