    Horrible Service

    We were reassured that our website would never go down because of their "backup systems", but our site goes down continuously. We have customers that call us to complain, and when we approach the customer service at Omnis, they are rude, don't know how to fix the problem, and say "it's being worked on but we can't tell you when it will be fixed." When we try to escalate the issue to get answers, we are given the run around and never receive calls back or return emails. They are unreliable, unknowledgeable, and definitely not on my list of recommended hosting options. I recommend you look elsewhere-- especially if your website is a fundamental aspect of running your business.
