    Amazing Support and Service—Highly Recommend

    I recently moved one of my clients to Pair after frustrations with another hosting company. My client's website was often to slow to load and at least once a month would be down. The tech support at this other company was awful. Each time I called I would get transferred to other tech support reps; other times, I would have to ask friends on how to resolve website issues. I was hesitant to switch to Pair but after speaking with a couple colleagues who had nothing but praise for them, we decided to give them a try. So happy that we did. My client's site loads much faster now. The tech support has been amazing as well. When we first set up the website, one of their tech reps spent 20 minutes on the phone answering our questions and showing us how to make changes. Also, our account rep, Eva, is always checking in to make sure things are okay. We never had that level of support before. As another reviewer pointed out, their prices might be slightly higher, but it's worth every penny.
