October 31, 2018I ordered a VPS with PeoplesHost and switching from Arvixe to PeoplesHost has been night and day for my business. They're reliable and support is top notch. Over the years I've used many Windows and ASP.NET providers. An application I use released an update and PeoplesHost was immediately on it when I asked if they supported .NET Core. It was available and I didn't encounter any problems upgrading my application. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable hosting provider.

January 31, 2018After having the worst experience ever regarding customer service with HostGator, being invited to join the community of PeoplesHost was a breath of fresh air. Not only the migration process was extremely fast and good, but I felt like I was having my own personal guide. Brian not only was there all the time during the process but he also answered every single mail I sent faster than I could possibly ask for. For the time being the connection is working perfect, good speed, competitive price, but most of all amazing quality customer service. Totally recommend it.

February 22, 2017Following several days downtime with our old host, iPage, I took to social media to try and get an answer. When I did get a reply they may have well said go away we have your money we don’t care! Brian from PeoplesHost then sent me a message offering to help. Following a conversation including the best package for us, we then decided to switch hosts. Brian then explained exactly what he needed and how things would go from that point. Within a matter of hours he was sending me all the info we needed and advised we should soon be back online. Within hours the website and email was back up and running and the best bit, we had to do nothing apart from supply info. Would I recommend PeoplesHost, YES. Thank you Brian

After the webhost I had been working with for over 13 years changed ownership my websites would no longer work and I had no support from my old host that was worth anything. They're honest, upfront, communicate, and handle everything very professionally. My migration wasn't the easiest, but they updated me throughout the whole process. If you're looking for a reliable host then look no further. PeoplesHost reached out to me so I listened with an open mind. November 12, 2016Peopleshost reached out to me on Twitter when it was clear that I was having issues with my former host, Dreamhost. The team reached out, offered me a good deal and helped me to find something that was right for me. I was a bit skeptical at first but considering that the level of customer service I was getting before even being a customer was so good I decided to take the plunge. The agent that reached out to me took all of the grunt work away from me, ported every single setting from Dreamhost to Peoples host. Every database, every file, every email address (even re-set up my Email forwarding for me).... everything. The main reason I had issues with Dreamhost was that DNS resolution or even waiting for a response from what was supposedly a VPS was getting unacceptable. October 11, 2016I was hesitant to make the move to PeoplesHost after they reached out on Twitter, but after reading some of their reviews I decided to take a leap of faith. I’m so glad I made the move! My previous host had downtime issues at least once or twice a week and horrible support. I could never get connected to support after hours of waiting. PeoplesHost has far exceeded my expectations with their services and support. I've always received responses and had my issues resolved in minutes. They also recommended that I choose a plan that was lower than the plan I initially thought I needed to be on. This showed me that they have great intentions and really care for their customer's best interests. If you're like me and was contacted by PeoplesHost I would tell you in a heartbeat to move over to their services. I haven't received this kind of attention with any of my previous hosts in over 5+ years. This is the best decision I've made for my sanity and my business!

September 29, 2016Being with Arvixe before the EIG acquisition I was content dealing with their ok service and cheap price. But after, their service went from good to 0 real fast...The Leaf mail server went down for over a month! Try dealing with robots who apologize, telling you they're trying their best to resolve the issue on a weekly basis...So I switched to Peopleshost. Their service is Top Notch! They were able to migrate my websites within the day. They replied to my emails within the day and helped get my email backups from Arvixe once the mail server went back up (after a month). You won't be dealing with robots who make you wait forever on livechat...You wont be disappointed.

September 29, 2016Been Building Sites for 6 Years and PeoplesHost Is the Best So Far
As mentioned in the title I've been building out websites of various sizes for years, mostly on Wordpress. I've used Bluehost, A Small Orange and more recently Squarespace for my site hosting. Bluehost and ASO customer service is atrocious, so I tried Squarespace, which wasn't bad but I found myself missing the versatility of Wordpress. Long story short, PeoplesHost reached out to me, weren't overly "salesy" and I decided to give them a try. Boy am I glad I did! First off, the Squarespace export function is horrendous, so moving from S.S to Wordpress is a huge chore. Amazingly though Adam and Matt from PeoplesHost migrated my entire site for me, manually moving images and other things that didn't export correctly. I've never experienced this level of customer service when buying shared hosting. Emails are replied to insanely fast, sometimes within just hours, service is top notch, and so far the hosting has been as reliable as a guy could ask for so yeah, give it a shot!

August 20, 2016PeoplesHost has been amazing! What other host do you get direct contact with the partners? I've tried host after host, many who are now owned by the dreaded EIG (HostGator, BlueHost, A Small Orange, Arvixe, Site5, Ipage, etc, etc.), and have finally found my new home with a web host that truly cares for their customers I'm tired of dealing with the headaches and I'm finally away from the mess those other brands call a service. PeoplesHost is priced slightly higher than most shared hosts, but well worth the extra dollars knowing you can rely on their uptime! I also have confidence in PeoplesHost knowing that I can reach out to support through phone, chat, or ticket and receive a response within minutes! They've gone above and beyond to help migrate my sites (free) and make sure the issues I was experiencing at my other host were taken care of. If you're looking for a new hosting provider you should DEFINITELY consider PeoplesHost. The team at PeoplesHost deserves this 5 star revie

June 28, 2016In June 2015 I had to change web hosting service as my old service just plain dropped the ball, their support system had failed too. I found PeopleHost.com and decided to give them a chance... boy am I glad I did! The support tech I got, Adam, gave me undivided attention for several days. PeoplesHost took care of all the transfer details from my old domain holding service. Then they even moved my web sites over to their servers. Their support went over above normal as Adam even helped me setup my email. Then he even tracked down an error I had on my mobile phone that was causing their email server to flag the email account as "Banned", all my fault, but Adam found it. After my web sites were moved over Adam kept contacting me to make sure everything was working properly. I had an issue from the old hosting service when they broke my sites. Since migrating to PeoplesHost, I've had little to no problems, and when I do contact support, they are easy to get in touch with and helpful. Definitely recommended.

In January we switched 4 B2B websites from one ISP to PeoplesHost. It has been a very good move for us. Our uptime went from 75% to 100%; Our site speed dropped from 6.5 seconds down to 3.5 seconds. PeoplesHost pointed out additional things we could do to improve it further to the 1 to 2 second range. PeopplesHost was very helpful in getting us moved over as well, adding significant value to the move and the setup. We think PeoplesHost provides an excellent value. Adam, our main contact, is excellent at very knowledgable.

Excellent experience..migration without a hitch
I had several sites that needed to be migrated from my previous web host. The team at PeoplesHost moved my personal site as well as my client sites within 1-2 hours after reeving the necessary info. Throughout the migration process their support staff communicated and sent updates. They even found and fixed issues my other web host wouldn't take a look at.. so far my experience with PeoplesHost has been stellar! Thanks to the issues from my previous web host I was able to find a web host that delivers a much needed personal and human touch compared to how I was treated at my previous web host.
