continued because it got cut off... time going through our statements figuring out what we paid for but also had to prove it from my end this was the case... Eventually we settled on this whole ordeal and I removed the auto debit because of this incident and got them to put all my services into one bill and just send it to me on the 1st (ground breaking idea I know) which I paid and all was well... Until today. After paying the monthly bill a couple days ago and getting all the confirmation emails that they received the payment, today I wake up to our clients calling and texting my cellphone because everyone, including our site, has a wonderful first page "Suspended for non payment". I've been online chatting, sending tickets, proof of payment, for the past 7 hours now with no response to my tickets and technical support via chat saying nothing they can do here even though they see all the tickets and everything. I even wrote this whole review while on hold with their chat support people and seems like we'll move everyones websites to a working host before they wake up their "sales admin" as they call them.

I thought their VPS were OpenVZ-based, after I got one I found out they were Xen Based, and also i found their console to be pretty responsive, something hard to find in Xen and KVM hosts today. Rating: 9.5/10

Non-stop billing issues and useless customer service
Well, I don't know how this place is able to have 5 stars just boggles my mind. I actually got caught in this sham of a hosting company BECAUSE I saw it had all these nice ratings everywhere but now a year and some in with them it's been one disaster after another on a monthly basis. Let me elaborate: Started with their free offer to move business accounts with multiple websites etc to their hosting platform and the mess they made of it all while moving that 3 months into the move I told them to get out of the way and had my dev handle it all instead. Then the billing issues started, their idea of billing is to sign you up on the day you started each website for which you pay individually. Sounds good but when you move 5-10 websites the billing gets completely out of control and you no longer know what you're even paying for and when, but it gets better. Turned out that in my case I found out about 9 months in that we were being billed for the same services twice each month! So not only did I have to spend time going through our statements figuring out what we paid for but also had to prove it from my end this was the case...
