    Tech Support is horrible for real issues

    The had an issue before on their side with security which took months to find out, I had to talk to a top customer service / tech rep and teach him how to think to solve the problem. It got fixed, and it was on their side, but they didn't do anything for me but make me jump thru hoops. Now they migrated my server which took down my sites. They could have called, emailed me to let me know what would needed to be changed. But they just did it, and didn't care of the outcome. Needless to say I'm switching for myself and my customers.
