Site5: your next nightmare
I have been a Site5 customer for 10 years. First as a private user and later for some services of my company. Since a year ago the service of Site5 has been plummeted: the support service is unfortunate: they delay in answering and most of the time without providing real solutions. In fact, when they have server drop-down problems they do not respond or, at best, simply apologize.
Recently our server was down for a week. They made a migration with a notice of only a few hours. In addition, they have refused to reimburse the amounts collected. It gives the circumstance that they charge the service 5 days before giving it. Delirious.
According to their contract conditions they can do it. But I will not continue with this company any more.
