    Siteground is the best

Hi All, I have been with Siteground for over a year and I am very very satisfied with the service. They are amazing. I was with Godaddy and Crazy Domains before. With Godaddy, I had site speed issues because I think they are cramming in too many websites on the same server, don't have let's encrypt plus they charge way too much for even very basic add on services which should ideally be free such as site backup, but otherwise they have good customer service. Crazy domains has good customer service as well but the website was down every other day.Sometimes it was down for 40-50 mins. Their Control Panel is not user friendly as well and doesn't offer much features. They don't have any backup service whatsoever, not even paid, no let's encrypt, no cache plugin. But the most important thing for me was the site uptime. My clients faced a lot of issues. I noticed only one downtime but just for 2 min in the last one year. I use uptime monitor on all my websites which monitors them for downtime 24*7. Siteground provides all basic features that you need on their Wordpress hosting plan for free: Free SSL, Free Cloudflare integration from backend, Cpanel is very user friendly. Their customer service is extra ordinary, better than Godaddy in terms of wait time( 10-20 seconds against a normal wait time of 1-2 mins that I noticed with Godaddy), tickets get resolved even quicker nowadays(10-15 mins). SGoptimizer is one awesome feature that you should turn on for speeding up load time. It has three features called static cache, dynamic cache and a feature called memcache which caches the database to speed up your website. The SGoptimizer wordpress plugin is even better as it has all the important features that Total Cache provides and also can optimise the website images which is very beneficial. They charge $30 for full account migration to Siteground. This saves me the hassle of doing it all myself. I have used this service twice. I would like to point out here that a server based in Singapore (Siteground location) is better for Australian customers compared to a server based in Australia, at least from my experience. Most Australian companies don't have the technical expertise and the infrastructure that is needed to manage proper Web Hosting. Last comes the price. Why last? Because I am already saving myself from a lot of headache having to deal with all types of issues that I had with Godaddy and Crazy Domains. I am saving a lot of money so price doesn't matter to me, but if you compare, their prices are more or less the same. Lastly, I would like to say that I hope Siteground maintains this service quality and I wish them lots of success in their business.
