This company charged me $100 (even though they advertised their cost was $5.99 a month), and then the services didn't work. Then when I asked for a refund, they asked me to describe the difficulty I was having (the domain name wouldn't "import" into the host). They said, "sorry, but we don't issue refunds." What? You didn't deliver a product!
