    What happened to this company?

    I've had startlogic accounts since 2008. Startlogic used to be a great company, but that was years ago before they got bought out. They have since been going downhill until now they are nearing the bottom. Not only have the prices increased, but these critical problems now exists: you must pay extra for support (their chat NEVER works); you must pay extra for security; they never answer emails; they won't delete old site that has now been hacked by a virus bot.
