Don't use Startlogic!
Our web site has been down for more than a week. Contacted their Customer Service numerous times. Did what their "specialist" asked us to do. Apparently they are have trouble with their server and lost the backup file of our database. We uploaded the data two days ago and was told we would be contacted in 24 hours. Not a word. I just contacted them again. Same answer: our specialist will be working on it. Not time frame given. This is not the 1st time our web site is down due to Startlogic's problem. Their excuse this time is too many problems that they couldn't get them resolved all in a short time.
