    Don't use Startlogic!

    We've been Startlogic's customer since 2006. In the past when our site was down they got it up running right away after being contacted. Since we are not visiting our own site every day, we can't speak of the frequency of down time. More than a week ago we found our site was down again. Chatted with their customer service numerous times. Apparently they are having problem with their server. Our database was not backed up. We uploaded the file as were instructed by their tech and was told they'd contact us in 24 hours. No a word for two days. Just contacted them again and was told the same thing. Their reason is that they have so many problems that the customers should understand it takes longer time to resolve our issue. What kind of management would throw this kind of excuse to their customers? Unfortunately I paid them till 2019. For those of you who are looking for a hosting company, don't even get close to Startlogice!
