    Stay AWAY

    I've been a startlogic customer for a long time but the past 2 years things have really gotten BAD. I don't know if the company was sold, but definitely will change hosting at the end of the billing year. Costumer service seem not to know what they are doing whatsoever and some didn't understand English very well. I've been without email accounts for 3 weeks and after contacting them 4 times, staying on the phone for over 1 hr, they still can not resolve the issue. Asked them to provide me with their headquarter address or phone # so I can put a complain with the big "bosses", but they refused to provide either one. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
