    Never heard from customer support

    Needed hosting, was promised to have help moving sites, never heard back from owner. Owner does not work on weekends, and never answers emails, if emails are answered it is days later. I did not find this website very user friendly, nor is there outstanding customer service as claimed. I would go elsewhere.

    • Apologies if you had a bad experience with me in the past while. I do work actually 7 days a week but for the past months has poor customer relation services because I needed to extract myself and children from an abusive relationship. I normally work 7 days a week and generally over 12 hours a day and reply back the same day, and most of my long term customers know this since I've been online hosting sites since the late 90s. The problem you had is unusual and I apologize sincerely for that situation (which has been corrected since). Kind regards, Sabrina
