    Lousy Service site down for over 24 hrs!

    All Sunshine Hosting sites are down, and owner is refusing to answer emails from customers. Is this a way to operate a hosting business? Customers sites are down, customers are upset as they CANNOT access their accounts and sites, and customers reputations are on the line, and is seems that the owner is full of excuses. Explain this one? Either you didn't make the monthly server lease fee, you messed with the server and really botched things up, (not good for you as it shows you really have no idea what you are doing)or you just walked away and left customer high and dry and took their money. Maybe family problems, one never knows, but this has been going on for quite awhile and customers are now moving away from you and finding better suitable hosting, reliable hosting, which you do not offer.
