    Stay Away

    I was a 3 year hosting customer with Superb. In this time, 4 hard drives 'crashed' and they would take any responsibility. I lost thousands in data and they absolved themselves of any responsibility. The also have repeatedly billed my credit card without my authorization. They even billed a month in advance and when I cancelled my hosting they would not refund the amount they billed without authorization for a future amount. When I called in and spoke to 'Joseph Rios' he told me the CEO would not refund and I should 'go protest on my credit card'. It seems odd the CEO is ok with billing customers without authorization. Stay far away from this company - there are many more affordable and honest web hosts out there.
