Site down for several days
My domain with Super Green Hosting was about to expire,
and I paid my invoice 5 days before the date of expiration.
All was well, and I received a receipt stating my payment had
been processed. So I was quite surprised when my site was
down on the date of expiration. I contacted tech support,
only to be told my domain had expired because I did not pay.
When I forwarded my receipt of payment, I was told that
billing would be in touch with me sometime "later." So far,
my site is still down. Very unhelpful customer service. To
the company's credit, this if the first time I have had a
problem during my year of use. However, this is a pretty big
and irritating problem.
