No customer service
Forget using Vendio. There is no customer service whatsoever. Just one guy answering the phone that does not help much. I asked to be connected to billing and he puts me on hold and same guy answers and says "billing". What a joke....... Oh. Just wait till you want to cancel their service. I got the run around about that. You can't just call and cancel. You can to submit a email. Then wait till they email you back. In my case, they didn't email me back to after a new billing cycle had started. So guess what? According to them I owed another months fees....... Long story short. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. A big hassle and you can find other services for free or cheaper.
