Hosting plan doesn't provide what promised on their site. Support tickets take more than 12 hours to answer, their technical skill is below average and can't provide real solutions. And worst of all, the 30-day money back is impossible to get because they just don't respond to cancellation requests or emails about that. I had to create a resolution center case with Paypal to try to get a refund.
It's not another case of "you get what you pay for" because there are few other companies that offer the same service, at the same price, but provides a much better service and support.
