    Tech support is the worst I experienced so far

    Support is really bad. For example, Techs will answer with a generic answer like "you problem was fixed" without stating what problem they fixed. After verification, you find out none of the many problems you contacted them to get fixed is fixed. Not even 1 problem fixed. I suppose they simply answer within a few days with a generic sentence like "your problem was fixed" because there must be a system where they have to reply to clients within a few days. So they simply reply to you that generic sentence so their supervisor who are tasked to verify the quality of customer support can verify a specified amount of cases were solved successfully when it's not the case. A few months before, I contacted customer support after porting my web site from another host. I needed some adjustements made to my contact form web page which is normal when changing host. I did not have time to do the work myself. Well they never got it to work after many email exchanges, they even ruined my ..
