    Very helpful and patient chat help desk staff

    For a digital dinosaur like me making your own website is the steepest learning curve ever. I needed to contact the help desk chat often. Most assistants are extremely patient and helpful and keep their language at my level of ignorance. Only a couple tried to dump code on me, which I threw right back at them. Mostly my experiences with the chat help desk are very positive, getting almost all problems solved within the session, and answers to all my beginner's questions. Thanks to them I didn't give up, and my website is up and running!
