December 23, 2020What's so special about Webhostface? Simplicity, reliability and stellar Tech Support. I've been with WHF nearly 3 years and I have yet to have an issue or experienced downtime. I have several sites with them and anytime that I had a question their support team answered quickly and professionally. The price is great and you can't go wrong with this host. March 11, 2019This is an unethical and dishonest company. This company will not accept a cancellation of services and will renew without your consent. They delete help desk chats. They will also suspend your account without communicating it. Very unprofessional. They have sent me an email saying services were cancelled and I should receive a chargeback only to offer store credit.

Hello, We noticed that you place similar reviews under different names, however, we are not able to find your account under none of the names you use. Our servers do not experience the issue that you describe. I checked the domain you have provided - bodrumairportshuttle.com - and I see that it is not hosted with us. This domain is hosted under a Polish hosting company, so I believe that you need to contact them for assistance with the problem you experience. We are not your hosting provider and we have no access to the backend of your account in order to help further. After each review, you refuse to provide us with more details so that we can find your account, so it seems that you are not a customer of ours at all.

July 16, 2018Avoid this company like the plague, they will fraudulently charge you for services you do not want, and then refuse to give you your money back. While the up-time has been great, I was surprised that my paypal account was charged for over $200 when my account said clearly that I paid by credit/debit card. Since I did not want to renew my services with them, I left it at that assuming I wouldn't be charged. This clearly was a mistake. The biggest problem I have is that after informing them, and 3 days before my service was meant to renew, that I would like the charge refunded/cancelled, they act as if this is the hardest thing in the world for them to do. Impossible in fact. I tried asking nicely, and I seem to be talking to a brick wall, so I'm left with the only option of leaving these thieves nasty reviews as a warning to potential future customers.

December 15, 2017migrated my website from one of the dominant, giant hosting providers a little over 2 months back. While I managed the move mostly seamlessly I hit a couple roadblocks, but WHF support was extremely responsive and helped me get everything in perfect order. I love having a proper cPanel for managing my hosting account and can't believe the low rate I'm paying. Haven't seen any significant issue with reliability or uptime at all and the performance of my site was immediately boosted (as measured by gtmetrix) over its performance with the old provider. Couldn't be happier - highly recommended.

December 14, 2017I've been looking for the catch but I've not found one. I bought hosting for five years at a price so low that I paid it on the off chance of need it. . I've needed it and it's been reliable and offered everything I've needed. For novices it might be a wee bit complex to create multiple domains but once you get the technique it's easy enough. I'm not too big on the technical side of things, I just want one click installs that work and I and others can access consistently. That's exactly what webhostface offers. There seem to be all kinds of bells whistles for the more adventurous too.

December 14, 2017I found out about WebHostFace through a stacksocial deal. I was just starting up my business, and needed to get away from GoDaddy's ridiculous pricing, but I was skeptical. I pulled the trigger anyway, and I have been thoroughly impressed by their service and customer support. My site loads quickly (sure, it's optimized but on godaddy it was the same speed with way less information), and I've never heard from anyone they couldn't reach my site. Every time I have a question, it's always responded to much faster than I'd expect. Sometimes I hear from them on the same day! I'll be sticking with WHF for the long haul.

Dear Res, We understand how frustrated you must feel when you are trying to do something and things don't work and we have tried our best to help you with the information you have provided. However, there is not much we can do when you refuse to contact support and instead tweet short statements at us without any additional information. There was indeed some slight downtime last month during a scheduled migration of the server your account is located on but you experienced a longer downtime as you hadn't pointed your domain to the new server after the migration. We tried contacting you over email and phone to help you point your domain to no avail and eventually managed to find you on Twitter and resolved this issue. Prior to this, your IP was getting blocked regularly probably by an app you are using to connect to our server. When trying to connect to your account or website from a blocked IP, it might seem that the service is down but to the rest of the world, it wouldn't be. The fastest way to get your IP unblocked and find the reason why it gets blocked as to prevent it from happening again is via our Live Chat where we can see your IP and test it immediately. By refusing to contact our support in this matter you are limiting the things we can do to help considerably. In regards to your issue with eyeOS and Ghost, these are not related to the downtime you have cited. EyeOS is a relatively old software and it requires an older version of PHP - 5.3, while the current version of your account is 5.6, which is one possible reason you might have been unable to install it. Since the application has already been deleted from your account, we cannot be sure if this was the case. After your tweet, we tried installing eyeOS via Softaculous in a newly created default account on the same server as your account and encountered no issues which leads us to believe some PHP extension was disabled or you were using a different PHP version during your installation. Ghost is an application which requires node.js and root privileges to be installed and used, as shown in their documentation. However, Softaculous have released a modification which doesn't require node.js environment. Therefore, as we can see, you have managed to install the application. As we have no login details and you haven't disclosed any specific error you see, the troubleshooting is not possible. When it comes to software which requires custom setup, contacting our support team is needed so that they can investigate, recreate the errors and help you fix them. December 11, 2016I didn't know much about WebHostFace, I somehow managed to get their hosting for $6.90 per year. Initially, I thought that I would expect nothing in terms of support and services from WHF as I have just paid a meager amount of $6.90. I am not their marketing agent but a client. I was perplexed by their amazing live support and the behavior of their support persons. That was really astonishing. Moreover, when it comes to services which WHF provides, they are worth to give a try. WHF control panel comes with Softaculous installer which allows us to install various scripts on our domain in just single click. Even, a nontechnical person can use the hosting of WHF. I am looking forward to using WHF as my hosting provider. I will highly recommend their services to anyone.

Recently, due to some issues with increasing annual renewal fees with 2 other hosting companies, I signed up for the Web Host Face's Face Ultima package with a single "one off payment" where there is no renewal fees for life (YES! This tells so much more of my confidence in Web Host Face!!!) So far, I am some months into hosting with Web Host Face. Their 24/7 Online Customer & Technical Service are excellent. Managed to resolve all my technical issues arising from their server configuration. If Web Host Face continues with this high level of excellent services, I will migrate over 200+ of active domains to their servers in various locations very soon!

I transferred to WHF last March 18, 2016. The reason was because of the lame service I encountered with my previous hosting provider (including those you see frequently in your ads). Price: It's reasonable, I believe everyone can afford to pay their service. Uptime: I shall say it's around 99%, of course there are scheduled maintenance but you cannot notice it at all. Software: Ok this part was the reason I was about to leave them because there was no Let's Encrypt installed in their cPanel but they promised me to stay and have a money-back if they fail to provide it. They kept their promise =) . Tech-support: This is the best part. They have this thing called "empathy". Their support is really different compared to those other tech support team who are relying on script. They know what's your problem and they even do extra-mile. User-friendliness - 5 stars for this one simply because I lasted this long tho WHF.
