March 16, 2017I have had nothing but the best experience with Webline. I was running out of resources in my VPS and my sales rep Vanessa worked with me to get me the best plan possible for my needs and budget. I felt like she cared about me as a client and not about making a buck. After that I was worried moving to the new server would not be smooth but the tech team was great. I had a smooth transition and I have always found them to be helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend.

October 20, 2016Stay away from Webline, far far away. Their support is comically bad, they routinely ask for root passwords via email, can't keep your server up or fix it when it's down and have down right lied about issues being resolved. On top of that the address they list is a UPS store. You can do much better for similar prices.

Dear Chris. We are very open to help any of our customers in any request. Unfortunately when the given instructions are not followed properly, there is not much any hosting company can do to avoid it to happen in the future. September 25, 2014So 2 days before i had move to a hosting who were rude and my website was constantly down. So i talked with a few friend and was referred to this site hosting. I decided to give a go i didn't know much about vps but still decide to try. At the order the support was very friendly and very fast. Order went smooth as supposed. They told me to contact them if any trouble occurred. So i had some problem and contacted about i needed a different os and they helped me. So for a 5$ vps it is just awesomely fast and reliable. So what i am saying is i highly recommend them.

June 11, 2014I've been with webline services for more than a year now. I use it mainly as a developer machine, to try new technologies and concepts before putting it in production in other projects. As such, I need to contact their support very often, not because their service is bad, but because I need new things that sometimes are not provided out-of-the-box, like asking for IPv6 addresses or enabling kernel modules. And they have always been supportive. The price is good, reliability too, very good support and a good range of operating systems available. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a VPS service as discussed above.

February 06, 2014I've read a few reviews for this company by searching for them but to be honest I think they must be fake as I've been with them for 2 months and the service is just a bunch of overloaded servers, long load times etc, the support speaks very little English and the so called "many different support team people who are named Sara" just rings alarm bells ! Most if not all reviews are from the same person as the typos and spelling is very identical, dead giverway Cheap hosting and overloaded network, that's my review

February 06, 2014We previously use TurnKey for our reseller hosting however we had multiple problems with downtime and general site failure. It took us over 3 days to move WHMCS to turnkey from our old host. It's taken us less than 24 hours to be set up on Webline, their support is outstanding. Available whenever and happy to help. Their price is surprisingly affordable, most hosts charge through the nose for what they offer. Including nice bundle deals with WHMCS+IP+SSL. The site performance is amazing, for the price there is no downtime If you have any questions their sales team are probably one of the most aware teams they know everything about Webline you don't wait around while they look for a price. Overall, one of the best hosts I've ever used. I currently have two reseller packages, possibly the best move in hosting I've made yet.

November 13, 2013I purchased a VPS with thecheapestvps.com and a few months later Webline Services purchased that company and inherited my account. They proceeded to delete all accounts that had been registered under the previous billing system. A few members had success creating support tickets to get their accounts reinstated (which was very difficult since you needed to register a new account on a new website in order to create a ticket) but I have spent over 6 months trying to get my hosting and domain name reinstated. The customer service repeatedly apologizes since I feel they mishandled my account but then they tell me they won't do anything about it or they don't respond for months at a time. I have never been so completely ripped off. This is a total SCAM!

We have a reseller account. Service use to be good, but lately we are having a lot of problems. Tech service can't even give a logical response, just mumbo jumbo. Sometime problems dissapear alone, without tech support explanation, then a couple of days later, we have sites down or technical issues. We are leaving now, asking for a refound.
