    Frustrated with Yahoo! Tech Support and service

    I've been a customer for 10 years, just custom email. I decided to upgrade to basic web hosting and email. Well... since TRYING to do this they have taken my payment but I have no access to my new features and to put the icing on the cake online it keeps saying my account is "over-due" which is BS because I am actually paying 20 days early with my upgrades and they took my larger payment a week ago. I'm with my 4 tech support person. They all tell me the issue will be fixed in 24-48 hours, but it's been a week! I can't even fairly rate the web hosting cause I can't even get access! But I can say this, Tech Support sucks. I get put on hold often and it is running up my cell minutes. I tried the email only to have it bounced back as failed to deliver! It is absolutely horrible how horrible their customer service and tech support is. Oh, and also, their verbiage they use is the same with all phone techs, they teach them well what to say, over and over again, but nothing gets fixed!
