    Worst service imaginable

    I have been with Yahoo web hosting for rougly 6 years and have experienced several e mail account hacks, numerous times I have had customers inform me that my website was not working due to routine maintenance and was never informed by yahoo that ther would be any lapse in service. Yahoo provides the absolute worst setup for what they call customer service/ technical support that you will ever find! I am now going on 4 days that my site has been down, I have been told from "customer service" and I use the term loosely, someone from our "expert support team" (who cannot be contacted directly) will contact you within the next 24 hrs. Well, 24hrs no contact, 48hrs, no contact. Now I have been informed that noone actually even sent my case to the "expert support team" and will be down for at least another 48hrs! I truly do not understand how they can stay in business with this level of customer care. With reading other customer reviews on this page I will agree..... STAY AWAY FROM YAHOO!
