Wouldn't Recommend Yahoo Small Business Web Hosting to My Worst Enemy
This is not only the most un-intuitive, restrictive web service I've ever worked with, the tech support is completely useless. Our database couldn't be accessed for over a week, and the tech support guy after two hours was asking me what the home page of the website looked like, as if that would somehow make the database start working correctly. Might as well tell me the headlights aren't working because there's a red pen in the glovebox. For developers like myself, even getting tech support can't be done unless the owner of the domain calls to give them permission, so if you're not in the same office or house, forget it. No support for you. Finally, even getting the nameservers changed was glitched and the owner had to call in to them to get them to fix it because they wouldn't do it for me. Unbelievable. A lesson in futility and aggravation.
