Good luck with Ipage

Over 9 calls and 6 days later, can't get them to unlock my domain because they keep sending verification emails to wrong email address. Ipage keeps asking for same documentation over and over again even though they acknowledge over the phone that they have received and approved documentation. Don't recommend and if you must use because their introductory price is inexpensive, good luck. Just remember, you have been forewarned.

Good luck with Ipage

Over 9 calls and 6 days later, can't get them to unlock my domain because they keep sending verification emails to wrong email address. Ipage keeps asking for same documentation over and over again even though they acknowledge over the phone that they have received and approved documentation. Tech Support is a Joke

I sat on hold for the chat feature for over an hour. When I finally got a person and explained my problem, he pasted in a link to an article. That I'd read first thing and tried already. Then, each time I'd make a comment, it took him an average of 7 minutes to respond, usually with a "please hold for 3-4 minutes." He took 7-11 minutes to get back to me each time. This is not the only time this has happened - this is my normal experience with iPage technical support. It's beyond frustrating, and why I'm moving hosting companies.

POOR Technical Support and Customer Service

I'm currently on the phone with the 3rd Customer Service agent (CSA), trying to resolve problem logging in to my Control Panel. I'm calling from UK to US and i've already spent over an hour on the phone with the 2 CSAs. The first CSA told me that my account has been deleted since December 2016 due to non-payment, she later checked and saw that my payment is up to date. She continously put me on hold apprarently sorting out with the billing department and finally hung up the call after 45mins. The second CSA same scenario and she hung up the call after 15mins. Now been on the phone with the third CSA for 11mins, he's still looking into my account. Pretty sure he's also going to hang up :(. On thing for sure is I will never use ipage again.

stay awake from ipage

i had nothing but embarrassment to my customers and stressful time dealing with ipage. 1 out of 100 that i rated them is not what they actually deserve. I would never use or recommend them to anybody. They have a security dpt that scans your account. According to their way of thinking, even if you have a picture that is attached to a product your ecommerce site offers, it is considered a suspicious file and they force you to delete it. The worst part is that they suspend your website and keep it suspended until these files are removed. You may have an important website running, an ecommerce store with high traffic like mine, or a blog that needs to be constantly up and running with content for your viewers to read. With ipage, there is no guarantees. They will suspend your account like they keep doing mine on an average one or two times a month and stay suspended even after you submit a request upon deleting these files recommended. STAY AWAY FROM IPAGE

Good price to start with if you are looking for temporary hosting, otherwise their prices jump too much and they rip off customers stay with them for long time, better to find a hosting respect their deal and not going to change that much ( 5 X or more )
