The best experience I had with them was when I first signed up. From then on, it's been an absolute nightmare.

Real Garbage Service is here

Signed up for Starter package but my order ended up in a scam folder. Emailed support on that and the service was completed after receiving scan of my ID and PayPal screenshot. But after configuring and adding 10 domains got an email that my account was terminated without reason. Tried to arrange different payment methods (bitcoin) but have been told just to go out. It's either looks like a scam or child company. Don't signup if you value your time. The service is a real garbage!

Hello Arseny, I would like to apologize for wasting your time with verification. While signing up, your order was flagged by Maxmind's fraud detection system due to address being in Russia and IP in Ukraine but later on we received an email warning from Maxmind stating high volume of fraudulent orders from this IP. The Basic 1 plan you ordered had only 1 domain (added just a few hrs ago) and you received 48 hrs to migrate your domain/data to a different service before cancellation was processed. We were very clear regarding why the account was being cancelled and the grace period allowed before processing cancellation. We're working with Maxmind to improve their email warning to be in real-time to avoid these issues in the future. P.S. The viagraxxxx domain you added didn't help your case either! Best Regards, Pavin Joseph.

Fake Fraud and Bad Customer Service

Super disappointed in Mailcheap. Don’t know if Mailcheap is some odd scam or what. Tried signing up twice but was told somehow I was flagged as committing fraud. Which makes no sense, since I’ve never committed fraud. Don’t know if Mailcheap flags VPN ip’s or what, but they’re definitely doing something strange. I tried retreating out to the company to find out more details and clear up the mistake, but it didn't matter. They just said I was flagged and cancelled my account. I love the concept and could use their service, but their customer service is garbage. Thought I would take a chance on a new company, but it was obviously a mistake.

Answer from Mailcheap.co

Hi Juan, Mailcheap uses Maxmind's fraud detection system to flag potential fraudulent orders; unfortunately the VPN provider you used while signing up had their IPs flagged by Maxmind due to high volume of fraudulent orders. I'm sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for signing up later on with us! :) Best Regards, Pavin Joseph.
