Support is incredibly responsive and being able to talk with technical personnel and get real world suggestions for our needs has been invaluable as we grow.

Service is good when it is up.

I agree with Ben, there has been several outages during business hours for more than an hour. There were easily 8-12 outages throught the year. We have reluctantly switched our service. We like to support local small business.

Service is good when it is up.

Amazing products and support

We've been hosting all of our services with Netrepid for about 2 years now. Email, web hosting, file sharing, you name it. Read the top review, but I kind of agree with the response from Netrepid. At least I haven't experienced that kind of down time. They have one of the best support teams I've ever had to deal with. Knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond and fix any issues. You can't beat their pricing. You just can't. Not in Harrisburg, not in New York, nowhere. Believe me, I've tried. I have given Netrepid my personal endorsement to many clients that have been very happy with them as well. Honestly, if I could give them six stars, I would have.

Amazing products and support

We've been hosting all of our services with Netrepid for about 2 years now. Email, web hosting, file sharing, you name it. Read the top review, but I kind of agree with the response from Netrepid. At least I haven't experienced that kind of down time. They have one of the best support teams I've ever had to deal with. Knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond and fix any issues. Signed up for service January 2013. They have had several issues with uptime. They have been down 3+ hours more than a dozen times this year. This is unacceptable and we will be switching our services in January 2014.
