One of the worst hosting service I ever had.

I was a client of servage for about 2 years (Still a user but not using it). I have a business Joomla website that I hosted with them and the experience was terrible. first their hosting panel is very poor and extremely not professional, you can't even make a ZIP file for backup of your files. Second my website was hacked over and over again!! I have purchased a security system to defence my joomla website as their support told me that my website is the problem for the hacking so I even payed for a security company to check my website and it was extremely safe. Every time my website was hacked they shut my account down for days! and required 25 USD for each time they did. I have also purchased a firewall to my Joomla and nothing helped, my website was hacked over and over again... Their servers are always under attacks and they are down for a long time each attack. Once their mysql server has broke and guess what, they just throw it to the costumers without any backup..

Great web hosting for the price you pay

I am servage's client for 7 years and I am satisfied with their shared web hosting. Whenever I need help, they always reply quickly (usually less than 2 hours). The only problem that I have with servage now is email. Sometimes I can't send email to yahoo/hotmail and users of yahoo/hotmail users are unable to receive my email. I have upgraded my account to Vps and hopefully that is fixed. "People post bad reviews when they are unsatisfied and satisfied clients rarely post good review because there's no reward involved therefore judge reviews by the amount of bad reviews vs good and no reviews".

Great web hosting for the price you pay

I am servage's client for 7 years and I am satisfied with their shared web hosting. Whenever I need help, they always reply quickly (usually less than 2 hours). The only problem that I have with servage now is email. Sometimes I can't send email to yahoo/hotmail and users of yahoo/hotmail users are unable to receive my email. I have upgraded my account to Vps and hopefully that is fixed. "People post bad reviews when they are unsatisfied and satisfied clients rarely post good review because there's no reward involved therefore judge reviews by the amount of bad reviews vs good and no reviews".

It used to be decent, but now it has turned to be dangerous for business

I've been with them since 2010. It was quite good at first but now, in the 2014 the service has hugely degraded. In their panel, the "Storage offline" error (that means the site is 100% unavailable) is more and more common. The explanation generally says "We are testing the FS. It will take 4 hours". I'm facing these major downs of several hours every 2 weeks and small downs about every 3 days. And I'm still paying the old price of Eur 88.90 while new custormers pay only 47,40. I've told them the overall service has worsen a lot but they don't seem to care about it. Maybe they now play the card of low price to attract more customers and that's why the hosting is so bad this year. Also take care of this for SEO REASONS: there are lots of porn domains on every IP, so at least you should buy a reserved domain that costs the same price of the hosting.

VPS tech support could use some polishing

I'm a customer for my personal website using their webhosting service. For this I would surely recommend Servage. Everything they promised and it all works flawless and the tech support is great. The VPS hosting, however, is a little less convenient. For my (small) company we decided to go with VPS for a little more control, but we soon found out Servage kind of expects you to be an expert on SSH already. Their tech support keeps telling me I should do something without explaining how and I ended up being told I should be able to figure it out on my own. Conclusion: They do seriously try to help out and resolve issues, but it could be a little more friendly and detailed. I do recommend them, but you should stay with the normal webhosting!
