I cannot access my cpanel, i have called them several times and each time they say the problem will be fixed within a few hours. It has been a week since the problem started. Horrible support.

I Will NEVER EVER thrust my files to Bluehost!! Moving 41 sites from that insecure place!! I have normal sites made with their tools and secure passwords but I was hacked and they don’t care… they say this is my problem and point me to the Terms of service! So, I going were they care for our files and it’s not so easy to hack as bluehost is!! I was a bluehost costumer since 2006.

BLUEHOST closed my account without anynotice,They said your mysql is above the 1000 table...but BLUEHOST is advertising unlimited mysql.BE AWARE THIS COMPANY UNLIMITED MYSQL IS SCAMMM......

To add to the other reviews, which mention charges after the fact and change in terms of service at their convenience, the customer service and loyalty is zero. I could go into great detail, but you have to experience the BH mistreatment to fully appreciate how bad customer service has become at their hands. Luckily, there are many options available. I suggest you pick a different one. I am leaving when the contract expires. It appears the resignation of the CEO was the start of the idea to bilk customers out of money and service. Greed and stupidity rule there.

I have been with BlueHost for just over a week now and what a massive difference to my previous host, 1and Internet, who had terrible support and poor server uptime / response times. I have no real complaints about BlueHost, I find tech supt to be friendly and knowledgeable, answered my questions professionally and in a timely manner. This is the first time I have used a cPanel host so had to learn about the quirks of the control panel system, such as having to create a subdomain for any new domains added. And I would have liked to be able to use a catchall Email address for my domains, but I can live without that. Overall, response times are quick, sub 250ms and I have experienced no downtime as yet, if you actually read the TOS, it's not unlimited; maximum files allowed is 200,000 and databases can not be larger than 2GB in a single DB and no-more than 3GB across all databases, which for my needs is more than sufficient. Overall I would recommend BlueHost for most people!

GOTCHA! Unlimited domains, true. At $12.00 each, they should be unlimited! The number of files you may have is another story. They nickle and dime you to death. I have 5 hosting packages at BH. Consolidating, I cancelled one account with three months to go. The "Free" domain they give you is then charged back to you at full price. I complained about being hit for the extra $10. Response: "I apologize for the inconvenience but according to our terms of service, domain names are only free if you pay for a year or more of hosting and can only be canceled within the first 3 days of purchase. So if you received your domain name for free and then cancel after the 3 day mark, the cost of the domain will be withheld from your refund." Originally we had fixed IPs. Later they switched and now they charge us.

Today, was the first time this happened for being with Blue Host officially 4 months.. Man, talk about poor live chat services..the guy claimed to deactivate everything. It clearly stated "Server Error". Gave me some bull crap about wp plugins blah blah. I`m like...its been working for 4 effin months!! And your telling me its the plugins problem? I paid $142 for 2 years.. and I dont think I`m going to see my money back as well. *sigh.. moving on..fml

Multiple accounts with them and dealing with a jumbled and confusing back-end, horrible experience, and here is how they deal with business accounts > http://www.flickr.com/photos/fymly/7068476509/ Look no further on the reviews AVOID THIS COMPANY, I have had much better success with IPage although I'm sure just about any host will beat BlueHost, move on. Period.

Blue Host Had my dog appreciation website for at least 4 years, and made a really serious mistake. They changed my account from an automatic renewal to manual and never sent me an E-mail. Then they canceled my account and deleted my website complete with the awards the website had received. And they didn't keep a backup on file. I'll choose someone else to host my site. This company is terrible.
