Rubbish customer services and tech support

Wordpress.org should be ashamed to recommend these guys. Slow service and terrible tech support. I've moved everything to wpengine

Rubbish customer services and tech support

Terrible customer service

No problem getting to the sales department very quickly, but when it comes to customer service BlueHost is simply horrible. I have, in the past week, waited on the phone over 1 1/2 hours, in fact I have waiting as I write this review so this 1 1/2 hour will be going up very quickly. I wish I had gone with a different hosting company.

Terrible customer service

No problem getting to the sales department very quickly, but when it comes to customer service BlueHost is simply horrible. Complete absence of any usable customer service

I see a great deal of positive reviews on Blue Host, including ones that laud their customer service. In terms of customer service, I would rate them right up there with Comcast and AT&T. Blue Host does not care about their customer service, and it shows in their constant 45 minute waits for anyone. If you are able to persist long enough for one of their reps to get on the phone with you (or chat or email), you'll get a condescending disinterested individual who will insist on telling you what they want you to hear rather than answer your questions. They are not interested in what you want. I finally gave up after 6 days of trying to get help with two minor issues, and insisted on a full refund for everything. These folks have no respect for their customers.

I am hoping that unselected stars will allow me to submit this post as there is nothing shining about any aspect of this entity that calls itself a hosting service. To host what? To serve up incompetence? To deliver with remarkable precision a customer experience that ranks with the competence and follow through of a ghost town. Technical support comes in the form of a link to general knowledge of a the concept and not the actual steps to be effective and successful in solving the problem. Like some mess of a geek that lost his way and just points to places for a solution while his face is masked by a bag of Doritoz that is beiing poured into his mouth...it is borderline, comical. The excitement of the countime timer of 37 minutes for live chat to find itself stuck on, "We will be right with you!" as the final message in the series with everyone running out the back door laughing as they say, "I wonder how long he'll wait..." Thumbs dafuq down for this hosting service.

Horrendous!!!

Today I paid for a year's subscription to Bluehost, I shall be using my 30 day cancellation and transferring elsewhere. The first question I had took 50 mins to answer. The second time I emailed them (as the password they had sent me for Wordpress did not work) it took 45 mins to get the answer as to how to fix this. During this time I was sent a link that didn't work and another set of instructions with spelling mistakes which caused further delay. When i complained that the the lack of customer service, wait time for responses and time taken to answer one question properly were not acceptable, the assistant simply replied 'okay'!!!!!!!! Shocking service.
