How to Fix “You could try using –skip-broken to work around the problem” Error

Question :
When I issue the command yum on CentOS server / RHEL , the message below appears and I can not continue with the next installation steps :

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
    package-cleanup --dupes
    rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
The program package-cleanup is found in the yum-utils package.

yum install yum-utils cmd not resolved that problem means rpm versions doesn’t match. Remove the rpm version and try with rpm name.
